I use this charger on my nightstand by my bed. The watch cable fits perfectly and is well hidden, the cords do not hang down. Mu's phone is an iPhone XS Max with an Otterbox Defender case. The case does not need to be removed. It loads well. My iWatch also sits perfectly on the charging station. The watch charger is well arranged and hidden in the base of this station. I don't have any wireless charging stations, but I assume they will charge just fine. The only reason for 4 stars is that it comes with a 3ft cord. I had to replace it with a 6ft cord so I could get to the nearest outlet. Come on folks with such a good product, why make it cheaper by including such a short USB-C cable.
