The product seems fine with no issues and works as expected. However, the shipping box was torn upon delivery and no attempt was made to seal it. The product packaging itself also looks like it is a return! This worries me a lot, especially during a pandemic and a product whose main function is to carry it in the mouth. How do I know I've received a new product that hasn't touched someone else's face?
