Review on USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter by Belkin - USB-IF Certified, Compatible with MacBook (2016), MacBook Pro, XPS, ChromeBook Pixel - F2CU040btBLK by Jimmy Bores

I have been using Belkin products for about 20 years. This NIC stopped working after 11 months and the support from Belkin has been fantastic. Even after I had a replacement from Anker which worked great, Belkin tech support didn't think their adapter was defective! First they questioned my new MacBook Pro and then they thought it was my network. I was amazed that they didn't seem to be the Wanting to follow logic that if I remove their faulty device, replace it with a new product and the problem is resolved, it could only be because their adapter is out of order!I had to contact second level tech support and deal with them go through the second carousel. In the end I exhausted them with logic understandable for a schoolboy! I will avoid Belkin in the future. It is t sad because they were once a great company.
