Vinyl I don't have much to compare it to but it does seems to work. I don't feel that the anti-static brush always picks up lint as easily as I'd like, but at least it's very soft and doesn't scratch the record (just be careful of the hard edges of the pad where the record is). bristles attached. The instructions say to spray the solution directly onto the record and wipe off with a microfiber cloth, but I spray the solution onto a felt brush and spin the records underneath on the turntable. Then wipe carefully with a cloth. It seems to work. The rubber splatter guard, which prevents spills from getting onto the record label, was a nice addition, although I ended up not using it as I didn't follow those instructions. I've only tried the pen cleaner (which looks like an ink brush) once and it didn't seem particularly effective, but I may have gotten it wrong. First I opened the bottle with the solution, quite a bit leaked into the lid and I accidentally poured it onto the anti-static brush. Once dry it didn't seem to have hurt her, but I still ordered another one (in a smaller kit with a dry needle cleaner) just to be on the safe side.
