The packaging/box was torn upon delivery. This was a big disappointment. Revain's refund was a $5 credit for that damaged packaging. Aside from the box, the barrier seems to be doing its job. It's meant to stay because it has handles. But it slips because we have a mattress topper on a real mattress. The fitted sheet usually keeps it in place. Suitable for regular double sheets, which is a big plus. I put 2 of these side by side to provide more support. Otherwise I don't find it high enough or wide enough for the little one to fall out of bed. I bought this so my toddler couldn't resist falling out of his open crib. But if you buy this for more support at the sides of your bed it will definitely help.
