Its blousy - my new review
The blouse is nice. Very wide. If you tuck it in the front it looks better. The only things is that the sleeve openings are huge. You have to wear a camisole or a tank top under. They do send a tube bra (too small for me) but, I think it shows way too much and I wanted to wear it to work with dress pants. The fabric is a bit rough, could be softer.
