I was drawn to the size. I wanted to carry my bike as I recently bought a fancier bike but found that the front wheel doesn't come off without a tool so I needed a nice compact tool with some power to get the job done. and I didn't want to risk tipping over. Screw and damage the threads or the bike (its carbon) so this amazing tool was the answer to all my concerns. Thanks to the pre-measured torque, I no longer have to worry about over-tightening the screw. I'm very happy with this little mighty tick, I'll get some more as gifts for my beloved friends 🤣. Oh, and customer service is tops! I had a small problem and was contacted directly with a better solution than what I asked for. Needless to say, they have a customer for life! and this is my first time reviewing a product. Their products and customer service are no joke!
