Looks like a duplicate of the original thermostat that I removed from my 2004.5 2500 Dodge Ram with 5.9 Cummins engine (I am the original owner). I placed them both in a pot of water on the stove and while they both opened at about the same correct temperature, my original didn't open as far as this new one. I should have changed my original thermostat long before it started sticking. If you take the time to change the coolant, also replace it as it has a built in rubber seal to keep the paper seal safe. Just be careful not to overtighten the screws.
