Ever wanted to spend an hour or more of your life troubleshooting an Xbox only to find it was unsolved? What if you didn't issue a refund through Revain? Or would you like to be included in the automated customer service of Microsoft.TWICE? If you answered yes to any of these questions, buy this controller anyway. When we had to return it the first time due to a broken headphone jack and non-working buttons (which Revain accepted with no problem, but isn't an option this time), we thought it was an accident. After less than a month of use, however, we were "happy" that the headphone jack failed again. I believe the multi-billion dollar company will do some quality assurance and quality control work to ensure consistent product quality, but unfortunately the only comment I keep seeing is that the headphone jack ended up not working. So I have to enthusiastically express my thanks to the XBox Sport White Special Edition Controller.
