Review on Archer Watch Straps Silicone Replacement Men's Watches by Robert Smith

I like this watch strap and the fact that it's so easy to attach with the pin grip (notch? lever?). The reason I only give it three stars is because I ordered it in April and the strap broke on a pin in July. Ordered and received a new bracelet, let's see how it goes. If you're buying one, I'd recommend taking care to minimize stress on the pen strap. Update: After posting the above review, I was contacted by Julie at Archer who offered to send me a replacement strap or refund my purchase. Points for excellent customer service! I opted for a refund because I had already ordered a replacement. It arrived quickly and I love it. Hopefully this one will hold up better and I'll be more careful not to damage the strap around the stylus. Further update: It is now October 2019 and the replacement Archer watch strap I ordered in July breaks in the same way. like the previous one. (See photo.) I tried to contact Julie (above) directly to let her know of a new issue, but my email bounced back to her with a message that "Your last message to Help was undelivered 'Because your previous electronic connection with the vendor has expired'. I love the feel of the product and the innovative lever pins, but three months is just an unacceptable lifespan for a watch strap. Of course, others I've had over the long lifespan of these watches have, lasted much longer.Archer belts need to be much stronger and more durable at the pins to ensure a higher rating.
