Worked great! I bought this as a present for my brother as he said he wanted RGB lighting. We unboxed it and plugged it in and the light worked as it should but the remote control didn't work! We thought the battery was dead so we bought a new battery but it still didn't work. We couldn't figure out if the problem was with the receiver or the remote, but there was definitely something wrong with the product. I wanted a new remote but couldn't find an option where I could ONLY return the remote and exchange it for a new one and the hassle of sending it back in full was too much. So I bought a second remote control, which also came with the new receiver. Plugged it in and everything worked great. UPDATE!: I was contacted and fixed! I had already bought a new remote so there was no need to buy a new one but they did a great job giving me a discount on the product. If there are any problems, the company email will definitely solve the problem without any hassle. Although uncomfortable, my situation was probably an anomaly and purely unintentional, but it was readily corrected. Again, although the remote was broken, the lightbulbs, plugs and everything else worked great. I am a happy customer and give two thumbs up.
