DO NOT BUY. Based on the description and other reviews of the product, I thought this was one of the best chargers from the brand. Unfortunately I was wrong! When charging the Wii U GamePad while in use, the screen flickers horribly. We thought our Wii U GamePad was broken, but found that the screen went back to normal when we unplugged the charger. Luckily our old OEM charger just had a cable problem so I'm replacing that cable with one from this charger so it wasn't a total loss.
