I missed half my hair
First, the heating pad is good and heats up quickly, but the metal shell is not removable. The benefit of the heating pad is that it really doesn't stick. So after prying the chilled wax off the walls, I just flipped the heating pad over and the wax came out. 3 stars only for warmer. The wax that comes with it gets zero stars. I've tried waxing my upper lip and legs and it's maybe 50% hair if not more. I had to get another heating pad with my trusty Ajoura wax to regrow those areas.
