Same functionality as back massagers but stays in a fixed area and is easier to carry. Simple control. Switching the heating on, off and on by pressing the multifunction button. Very light weight. It doesn't run on batteries, but the cord is a decent length and doesn't get in the way. The connector is large and can take up more than 2 connector slots when using an extender/brick. The heating functions work well. I wouldn't use it as a dedicated heater, but it makes the deep tissue massage/kneading more comfortable. Has a really nice velcro that hangs from a flat chair. The velcro is not strong enough to hang in the middle of a chair by itself without extra pressure from you. I personally had him sit at the base and massage his lower back. There is also no wrist strap for neck massage, you have to lean against it. Calves just need a stable surface and let gravity do the work.
