L-Lysine is not available under the tongue. I can't find where they claim this is the case. I use this brand myself and it works great. You can get it in powder form and mix it with a drink or food. The first review is very misleading for an amazing product. The freshness of this brand is hard to beat. If you're willing to give this review, get the facts or consult the manufacturer or reseller before you buy if you're looking for something out of the ordinary, e.g. B. a sublingual form. My personal product is this brand's 500mg vegetarian capsules simply because the capsules offer the best delivery mechanism and are easy to swallow. I just couldn't let a bad review ruin the reputation of a great product. Hope that helps.
