I've noticed I've got this mild annoying headache and my eyes just feel tired. I have blue light blocker on my phone but it makes everything very yellow. I never thought that blue light actually affects my eyes until reading the article. Ordered on a whim, the price is very low, they don't look terrible and they work! I have an iPad Pro and a Samsung Note 20, I've been using versions of these two devices for years, both of which I frequently shop, read etc to see if they help, they can't hurt and in less than 10?!? You can't even get decent sunglasses for that.
