All right, I'll do the work

Great, works great for the price ($13 at time of purchase). Just one thing, I wish the rubber pad in the clamp weren't small squares, I feel the design could be improved to prevent slipping. If the bulb is too big or too heavy it seems to slip even when I tighten the screws. But other than that I think it does the job.

Pros

Lamp head can be rotated up/down/left/right. With hanging hole and clip design, it can be fixed or hung.
