The installation went fairly smoothly. My screen was badly cracked and when I tried to remove it it cracked even more. The cleaning took a long time. After cleaning, transferring the home button and fingerprint sensor took a long time. If you take the time and heat it intensely with a hair dryer, using the included needle tweezers can do it without damage. I successfully transferred my button and the fingerprint sensor worked as expected. I'm by no means a videophile, but I have three iPad Air 2s and my wife and I can't tell the difference in quality or resolution, screen brightness or touchscreen responsiveness. Yes, it was an expensive decision, but I'm happy with the results. The only major downside is the stickiness of the included tape. I recommend allowing 2 hours of uninterrupted time for completion. Use a table or other flat, clean surface with very bright lighting. The finger sensor is pressed with several pieces of very sticky tape; Use a hair dryer to loosen the tape. TAKE YOUR TIME!
