So last night I went to work to install the rear master cylinder in front of the jingke. After 1/2 hour and stripping the threads I can say this will not fit the '99 Sportman 500 Brake Line Compression Nut. I thought the threads needed cleaning so I did and no the brake nipple threads were too small on the new one. I was able to turn the brake line nut about 1/2 turn before it stopped. Thinking I'm doing something wrong, I took the old nipple off the old cylinder and you know what, it didn't fit the new one. Unfortunately I can't return it due to the damage I caused trying to make it usable again.
