Disintegrate my judgement
Altra's quality no longer exists. This pair fell apart after 100 miles. The outsole started to fall off after 70 miles and the insert wore out after 100 miles.

- Offers improved grip on slippery surfaces.
Cons
- Shoelaces must not be left tied.
