I've only tried their CMC brace but it interfered with my wrist flexing, also I was able to use the wrist brace with De Quervain and Carpal Tunnel in addition to thumb CMC issues. Thats much better. Especially after I trimmed the hem an inch or two, which didn't reduce wrist support at all, but did improve comfort. Best non-metal support I've experienced too. Causes less sweat than many braces, but any brace will do. The fit is comparable to a slightly tighter fit than the CMC clamp. I was at the bottom of the middle one and it's right in the middle of the velcro.
