The inner lining is falling apart while the outer fabric is separating from the sole so much that there is a 3 inch gap between the sole and the saddle. This is just an "average" daily usage of 45-60 minutes of outdoor exercise. nothing crazy. They shouldn't have failed so abruptly and become a total disappointment. As well as being durable they fit well and look great which is a shame as they actually break after less than 3 months of use.
