Review on Marsello by David Blackstock

I love having all my customer information in one place rather than having to gather it from several different sources. The interface is very intuitive, and getting started was easy for our staff. While we are still early in the process, I foresee no issues with this platform. We are looking to reduce time spent on paperwork, saving us time to focus on service, which leads to increased revenue. The ability to create personalized emails with different templates for each customer is great! Not only does it help us stay organized but also helps our customers know who they are talking too in order to personalize their message. I would like more customization options such as adding links from social media or other website pages so we can track them better. We have been able to increase sales by up to 70% just through using this feature alone!!
