The customer support team was amazing, they were always willing to help us out with anything we needed! They are very knowledgeable about their products as well as other companies' products so it's easy for them to provide you advice when looking at different options or features of software.

I would like more training available online but not necessary if someone has experience using similar programs/softwares because most things can be learned through trial & error (which isn't bad). We have had great success implementing this program into our business model within 2 months after implementation.
