*UPDATE* Anker customer service contacted me and was polite and sent me a replacement. The replacement works fine, no problems found. I changed my overall rating from 1.0 to 4.0 for great customer support and a new working device, but not to 5.0 because this was my first time dealing with a broken headset. *ALT* On the first day everything worked very well. The sound quality was good and stayed the same throughout my run. On the second day I took them out of the case to play music on my phone and the sound only came out of the right earbud. I tried turning the left earpiece on and off, but no connection was made. Then I tried resetting the left earbud and it still didn't work. I then tried resetting and pairing the right earbud and then the left earbud one at a time, but it still didn't work and only the right earbud paired. After trying to reset and connect them for an hour, I gave up. For a pair of $80 headphones, the expectation is that Bluetooth will actually work and the headphones will work together. This was a big disappointment.
