These silicone license plate frames were easy to put on my license plate, they look great! On the back of these frames there are openings for draining water. There are also slots on the bottom of the frame for draining water, but this isn't specified or shown in the instructions. I discovered this when I put the license plates back on my car. I had to remove the frame, insert the panels into the frame so that the drainage slots were at the bottom and there were no slots in the top part of the frame. I chose not to use the screws and screw caps that came with the silicon wafer frame, I used the original wafer screws. Cross your fingers on this frame to prevent the paint from peeling off the plate. I also like the added bonus of the car seat gap filler.
