I was very happy to order this product. I was even more excited when it came left and right as I wasn't used to always using one ear. I usually wear the earbud in my right ear for versatility. However. I've followed all the directions, cooked, shaped and tried to make this work, but the depth of the product itself is too great. At best I shaped it very little because I couldn't fit it in my inner ear because it was too thick. When I finally got it, it was incredibly painful because it created so much pressure that it would pop out if I went in anyway, which could even pull or push the tub slightly. The product is 100% quality but it was definitely not made for female officers or users. It needs to be about twice as thick to be used, as recommended by the manufacturer. hp There's no way to spread it thin enough when the product becomes flexible, but it can't really be altered, so cutting it out and then applying it as directed isn't an option; You cannot change it in a way that works and preserves the integrity of the products.🥺
