Their support team are always there when you need them! They have helped me solve some issues that I was having which were outwith their control but they quickly resolved it so no issue here at all really!! The web design feature has been great as well - very easy way to create my website without any coding knowledge (which can be quite daunting!).

We use this service mainly because we don't want our own servers or data centres/ colocation etc due to cost reasons. This means more flexibility over what services do run from where i set up sites rather than being tied down by location / bandwidth limits imposed elsewhere e..g through other providers like AWS & Google Apps.
