I apply the cream daily right after my shower as I find the cream works best when applied to freshly washed, clean skin. When I shower, I use a pumice stone to remove dead skin. I also heard that the cream has many other benefits and can also be used to treat acne or dry skin on the face. Although it's not listed on the product, I decided to give it a try.
