I strongly recommend another shelf. I bought 2 packs of shelves. They only give 4 large ones to hang on the wall and 8 to connect the shelves with metal. There is space in the metal for 4 long screws. Give only 2 pieces per shelf. It's ok if you only put light things on it. But if you plan on storing books or heavier stuff, I don't think it will hold up at all. They also don't give you enough anchors. I put one of the two because it's not enough to hang it. This is not a smooth tree. It literally looks like a thick piece of plywood that has been cut and painted. To be honest I could have made them myself for a lot less than what I paid here. I would love to have enough for the installed shelves and then sit here and spend $23 to use one. I used mine for coloring. Still holds. It's been about 4 days now.
