Only 9 months and on the second use the nylon gears started to slip. I called LEM because it was under warranty and instead of sending me a new one they made me take it apart, tell them what went wrong and they will send me the part to fix . Not what I expected. The problem lies in the design. The main gear shaft that turns the head can come out of its socket and return to the pinion shaft. This allows the gears in the box to shift, get stuck and slip. I ended up drilling through the front of the gearbox and flooding it with JB weld to keep it from happening again. Very disappointed with the design and warranty process.
