Bought as a spotting scope for target shooting. The visual image is clear and works well, but only good up to 50 yards, at 100 zoom it's not enough to see the POI. Some have commented that using a phone adapter to mount a phone camera helps to see up to 100 meters, but I had trouble with that. Any movement of the crosshair can ruin the view and will require you to reset your phone's camera position. Which I had to expect as the tripod included in the kit is very wobbly. I would choose it then the weight of the phone would shift the view up which would require further adjustment. I gave up after spending so much time playing around with this thing. The adapter itself is also difficult to handle. In general, within its capabilities, it gives a clear picture and is well suited to other uses listed in the product description.
