Does what it's supposed to, just be careful.

It works, but any cream or liquid neutralizes the effect. I recommend using serum, moisturizer, and primer everywhere except under and around the eyes. Keep your eyes open. And use only a powder foundation on top of that. This will tighten the areas that you need to tighten, but you should avoid creams and liquids in this area. Matt even after drying. You can see it if you don't put anything on it.
