Love the overall feel of the stress ball and the colors are great. I use my stress balls for inspiration when I write. I walk around my office and hit a ball to help my imagination and that often helps. I've come up with some great scenes when I hit a stress ball. My only complaint about these balls is that the motivational quotes fall apart on the first squeeze, even if you don't touch the print at all. It's just the movement of the rubber that causes the print to expand and contract, so it doesn't stay new for long. But that's secondary to why I use it, so it doesn't matter. The box they come in is very pretty too and I love the colors. All in all a calming and inspiring product.
