Bought this for my 10 year old daughter as she thought she liked curly hair. Warming up only takes more than 20 minutes. The head is small so it makes very small pieces at a time. It takes a long time to comb a strand of hair. Crimp is almost invisible. I would return it if we didn't dispose of the packaging.
