Not a very good item. I am not saying they are good or bad. However, the product itself is so rough and hard that it digs into your skin, making it incredibly uncomfortable. It's not the material I imagined and it's very, very difficult. Pulling your knees up is only half the battle. You have to bend down and squat, and when the fabric digs into your skin so far that you don't want to squat again. Now where I'm from this is not a product that works effectively. The owner of this company should really think about this product and get back to the drawing board. I don't like leaving negative reviews for products. what if something is bad. this is bad. I would not recommend this product.
