It just doesn't work. A cartridge did not fit in the printer. The other didn't print because the printer knew it wasn't compatible with HP. I thought it was because I was using an HP imaging drum, so I ordered a different brand imaging drum. The drum unit worked with an HP toner cartridge, but not with this one. Unfortunately the time it took to get the new drum kit and lyrics exceeded my 30 day return window. The cartridges ended up in the trash. I wish I had just thrown my money in the trash: it would have taken less effort.
