Good solution to transfer audio from Xbox One to old receiver with analog inputs

I wanted to connect my Xbox One to my TV via HDMI, but wanted to send audio to an old receiver with analog inputs. I connected the device to the Xbox One's digital audio output with the included fiber optic cable and to an available USB port on the Xbox One with the USB cable to power it. I then connected an analog RC audio cable (not included) to the receiver. Everything works as expected.
