Review on MICHELIN Pilot Alpin 4 235/35 R20 92W Winter by Bogusawa Majchrzak ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Product satisfying the quality of the product, good price.

Rubber bought for operation in St. Petersburg. We haven't had winter in the past few years. But this year naturally a lot of snow fell and there were severe frosts. So the calculations were a little off. Stands on bmw 530d, four-wheel drive. In general, more satisfied than not. I never sat down anywhere and there were no emergency situations precisely because of the tires. But again, this is more likely due to my adequate assessment of the road situation. I lived outside the city for the winter and in some places I often saw cars in ditches, including those on spikes, moreover, most often all-wheel drive jeeps. I myself went there a maximum of 60-80 on ice and everything is ok. In general, a tire for euro winters! and all-wheel drive. You can't bet on underdrive. Now, at temperatures from -5 to +5 on dry asphalt, it behaves chic. When everyone starts to suffer from winter tires, I already drive like a summer one.

Pros
  • Excellent handling on dry and wet pavement, quiet and durable. Almost did not feel any discomfort during the transition from the summer.
Cons
  • Tires for euro winter. On snow, in principle, it’s normal, but on ice you need to be very careful and be friends with your head
