Great software that helped us track and monitor all aspects
The system is easy to use, has many features for tracking students' progress. It was very flexible because it could be customized according to our needs. I really liked how easily you can share documents with other teachers or administrators if needed. Sometimes the interface was slow to load which made me think "I'm doing something wrong". This doesn't happen too often but when it does, don't hesitate to contact their support team as they are quick to respond! We have been able to improve student performance by having them work at different times during each day of the school year since we started using this program in September 2016.
Pros
- You get great customer service from an app called Google Meet so that helped ease my concerns about being frustrated over poor network speeds due to lackluster internet connection where I live near San Diego CA..(the home of Qualcomm.) My personal experience working here will likely take place there soon enough after passing background checks etc., just waiting until Spring 2019 before
