They're not as easy to get on and off as my regular old rubber gardening boots. because they actually fit my feet and wear like work boots, unlike my regular old gardening boots, whose only function is to stay between me and the mud. These boots are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them -- I just got back from an eye exam and realized I hadn't changed out of them before running out of the house. No blisters, no sweating, no chafing, no scuffs either on them or from them after a couple of months of nearly daily use -- I've finally found the perfect gardening boots. I use an iron boot jack to get them off -- it's easier and probably better for the boots not to be standing on the back of each heel. They feel heavy when I pick them up but not when they're on. I didn't think I'd like the neoprene part but it's so nice to have the flexibility on that part of the boot when I'm climbing around. No snags at all so far, and I've cleared a lot of blackberries. Also no burrs/stickers from last year's goosegrass, the neoprene is impossibly tough.
