The ease with which you can create new alerts for various conditions or scenarios that are important to your business as well as receive notifications when those events occur makes this product very valuable! There's nothing I dislike about it at all - just everything else :) Great value proposition if used correctly; easy-to-use interface/customization options make monitoring multiple sites extremely efficient and effective. We've been able to see trends quickly across our entire network (and beyond!) without having employees spend time manually adding data from each site back into one place. This has helped us identify problems more rapidly so we're better prepared to respond accordingly before they escalate out of control.
