There are still fumes, so if you're doing a large project like a wall or ceiling, you'll definitely need a fan.
I used this to stick wrapping paper to the ceiling instead of polyurethane. It works very well with much less powerful pairs. There's still smoke. So if you're doing a big project like a wall or ceiling, you should definitely turn on a fan or open some windows as you can get dizzy if you don't ventilate properly. Cleaning is also easy with soap and water, but for larger projects like mine I recommend using surgical gloves, otherwise they dry out quickly on hands and fingers and take ages to clean. But my project turned out great and I've received a lot of compliments so far.
