I loved that it was easy to use, very user friendly! The staff is always willing to help you with any questions or concerns you may have during your onboarding process.

Sometimes when we were using online resources for training our employees they would not show up in my calendar so there are times where i had no idea what time certain things should be happening until after an employee starts working at the firm which can lead to some confusion. It's been great having this software because now everyone has access to all of their information as well as being able to communicate more easily across departments within the organization.
