Just like my old favorite!
I was heating fat for frying chicken wings while looking at my old thermometer. It seems "stuck" at 300 degrees. I hit him and he jumped up to 400 degrees! I had to take the pan off the heat before the oil started smoking! Time for something new! To be honest the old man was about 40 years old! This new one looks just like my old favorite, but it doesn't "stick"! It also has a wider temperature range (the old one stopped at 400). I love it!
