They are easier to install than I expected but once you stick the led bulbs on they shouldn't immediately come off easily and the paint off the wall detach. So I recommend just making sure it's level before you turn on the light, then you'll have no problem. We also have a lot of lights left, but they all have to be plugged in or they won't all light up.
