Bought because I loved Wi-Fi 6 with my iPhone 11 Pro. It took a long time to set up and the WiFi ended up being so-so (30% slower than my previous mesh system). Chromecast isn't working properly. Photo and audio streaming does not work well and randomly crashes or stops. Also two of my devices (google speakers) don't connect. The glossy black plastic makes it look cheap, but the top ventilation is well thought out. However, I wouldn't want them outdoors in my house. Decent in-app setup instructions, but the entire installation took over 30 minutes. And even after the installation seemed complete, I didn't realize why the WiFi was so much worse than on my previous mesh system until I noticed the orange light on the satellite. I had to unplug it and plug it back in, and a few minutes later I had wifi in the kitchen again. However, cannot reliably connect to my smart speakers for streaming audio, they work even if the connection suddenly drops. Can't connect to Chromecast to share photos (big problem today due to birthday party at home). The WiFi speed is 30% slower than my old system. I suspect that's because I switched from a 4x4 mesh to this 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 that promised promised specs. Oh, I also noticed that you only get free support and a 90-day guarantee. They want you to sign up for continued support at $79/year. Compare this to other top mesh systems that offer a 2-year warranty and unlimited support.
