My son regularly gets horrible diaper rash due to a skin condition. I felt awful during the diaper change as it seemed to hurt from the delicate towels to the water towels, these are the first towels my son has sat on and he doesn't get upset or seem to be in pain. I dip them in warm water and gently scrub the area and he loves it. 100% recommended for children with severe skin rashes. The only downside is that it takes some time to get warm water, but the tissue warmer should work if you soak it first.
