Product arrived in great time but seemed unreliable so I was a little concerned about that but it made it a lot easier to insert, it is clear it's hard to see unless your looking for it, my husband couldn't even see it until I pointed it out and love it so much! I've worn it, showered and slept in it a few times for the last week and it's held up great. I wanted to see how well this would work as I am having a cesarean and cannot wear metal or even glue it and I don't want to worry about that as I want to focus on my new baby. . So far I can definitely recommend this retainer! If anything changes in my opinion, I will definitely update my review.
