The repeater creates 2 networks: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. In the area where I connected the repeater, the Internet speed from the source was 20-25 Mbps (from the signal source to the repeater in the line of sight ~ 25 meters). Through the wall, Wi-Fi at a frequency of 5 GHz breaks through perfectly without losing speed, but at 2.4 GHz, the speed cuts about 2 times. At first I was delighted with the work of Wi-Fi standard AC. But after a couple of hours I tried to connect to the Wi-Fi network again and then it was a surprise, the iPhone writes: "come closer to the device" and does not connect in any way, on Huawei, Samsung the same "song" - it's impossible to connect and that's it. I can come up, but this should not be! TV I'm not going to carry to another room! The solution is to turn off - turn on the repeater! Disappointed me Tenda A18, I had to return it. On another repeater from Xiaomi, there were no such connection problems, but the speed again cuts 2 times, because there is only 2.4 GHz.
